Sedona Weekend Retreat Itinerary:

Invest in yourself with a SpiritQuest retreat! This Sedona weekend getaway consists of six private sessions
where the focus is totally on you.

Day 1:

Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time.

Day 2:

Welcome & Releasing Ceremony ( 2 hrs) - Your SpiritQuest guide will take you outside for a private
welcoming ceremony. During this ceremony you will connect with the land, set your intention for the retreat,
and identify blockages that need to be released.

Deep Tissue Massage & Energy Work (1 hr) - This massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers
of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons
and fascia.

Chakra Photo (1/2 hr) - We all have an electromagnetic energy field of subtle color radiances generated
by our Chakras. For many people it is a revelatory experience the first time they see their own aura. The
camera displays this information and enables you to experience this energetic phenomena directly. A 23-page analysis is provided that you can take home with you.

Chakra Balancing (1.5 hrs) - Our practitioner will now use the printout provided in the previous session to revitalize and restore your energy flow! Chakra is the Hindu name given to the energy centers of our body. These swirling vortexes regulate our energy flow. To maintain a healthy balance within the body, the Chakras need to be balanced from time to time.

Day 3:

Sedona Vortex Experience ( 2 hrs) - Get out on the red rocks and feel the unique energy that has drawn millions of visitors to Sedona! Concentrated vortex energy is everywhere here, and helps us amplify whatever is needed for our spiritual growth. Our guides will take you to private locations and use special tools like guided meditation to open your heart to its inner wisdom. During this session you will be guided through a tranquil journey, allowing you to move to a deep place of stillness and rhythm within yourself. You will come back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Mind, Body & Spirit Integration (1 hr) - During this session you will review and reflect on your retreat experience with your SpiritQuest guide, then discover how to use your own inner power to create a more joyous, abundant and healthy life... the life YOU truly desire.

Depart Sedona
