Our weekend retreat is just perfect for individuals and couples who want to spend four days in Sedona.  It combines the most popular sessions from our healing and spiritual retreats into a two day blast of personal growth.

Weekend Retreat Itinerary:  $890 / 4 Days in Sedona with 2 Days of Private Sessions

Invest in yourself with a SpiritQuest retreat!  This Sedona weekend getaway consists private one-on-one sessions where the focus it totally on you.  At this price the weekend retreat package is limited to the sessions listed below - no substitutions please.

Day 1:

Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time for hiking, shopping, or just soaking in the hot tub.

Day 2: 

You will be met by your personal retreat guide in the morning to receive your welcome packet and finalized retreat itinerary.

Deep Tissue Massage & Energy Work (1 hr) - This massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
 

Chakra Photo (1/2 hr) - We all have an electromagnetic energy field of subtle color radiances generated by our Chakras.  For many people it is a revelatory experience the first time they see their own aura.  The camera displays this information and enables you to experience this energetic phenomena directly.  A 23-page analysis is provided that you can take home with you.

Chakra Balancing (1.5 hrs) - Our practitioner will now use the printout provided in the previous session to revitalize and restore your energy flow!  Chakra is the Hindu name given to the energy centers of our body. These swirling vortexes regulate our energy flow.  To maintain a healthy balance within the body, the Chakras need to be balanced from time to time.

Day 3: 

Sedona Vortex Hike & Meditation (3 hrs) - Get out on the red rocks and feel the unique energy that has drawn millions of visitors to Sedona!  The concentrated energy of the Vortex will open your heart and amplify whatever is needed for your spiritual growth. During this session you will be guided through a tranquil journey, allowing you to move to a deep place of stillness and rhythm within yourself. You will come back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Spiritual Awakening (1 hr) - This closing session will deepen your connection to the Divine. Working at the soul level you will address the question of why you are here.  What are your lessons?  What is your purpose?  What challenges must you overcome?  The focus is on how to get in touch with your center, the Source of who you are, by bridging the inner world with the outer.

Day 4: 

Depart Sedona
