Abhyanga
- Shiro Dhara
This full body Ayurvedic treatment consists of a warm herbal oil massaged
into the skin. It enhances complexion and luster of the skin and promotes
longevity. Shiro Dhara is a controlled flow of warm oil poured over the
third eye chakra. The oil then streams down the crown chakra which
disperses negative electrical impulses that accumulate in the forehead
from stress. It reverses imbalances within the body and rejuvenates the
face and enhances cellular immunity.

Therapy Massage
Pure essential oils are selected for your body's individual needs and
applied with gentle therapeutic massage. This full and relaxing body

Deep Tissue
Massage
This massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.
It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow
strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following
or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
Hot Stone
Massage
This deeply relaxing session releases tension using smooth, dark river
stones prepared with hot oil. Sink into this warm, nurturing treatment and
you receive a deep tissue, or Swedish massage as well. Sometimes the
practitioner will incorporate cold stones and may "click" the
stones to invite vibrational healing frequencies.
Hydrating Wrap
This session begins with a dry brush technique which stimulates the
lymphatic system, detoxing the entire body. Dry brush also sloughs off dead
skin and stimulates the circulatory system. Following this
"cleansing" process, the body is re-hydrated with luxurious body
oils and shea butter. Following this delicious application, warm towels are
placed on the body and the client is wrapped in a warm, nurturing
"cocoon." The body and spirit are cleansed and renewed.
