Sample Spa Retreat Itinerary: 5 Days in Sedona
Day 1: Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time for hiking, shopping, or just soaking in the hot tub. Depending on your arrival time, you will be met by your SpiritQuest guide in the afternoon or evening for an orientation briefing. Day 2: Vortex Tour & Sedona Orientation to connect with the land and identify those things that no longer serve your highest good. In our lives we encounter issues and trauma that we internalize. The stress and emotional baggage that we carry due to this pain can cause disease and anxiety. It is a constant stress on the psyche and body. In this session you will be guided to release and "let go" of those unwanted weights. Don't let the story of your past become more real than your present! Hot Stone Massage to let go of deep stress hidden within the body. Warm stones release pent up emotions and frustrations. This deeply relaxing session releases tension using smooth, dark river stones prepared with hot oil. Sink into this warm, nurturing treatment and you receive a deep tissue, or Swedish massage as well. Sometimes the practitioner will incorporate cold stones and may "click" the stones to invite vibrational healing frequencies. Day 3: Salt Scrub to wash away that which is unneeded and to revive the body. The salt scrub body treatment starts with an exfoliation by an invigorating application of dead sea salt mixed with warm essential oil that will leave your skin satin smooth. This is detoxifying and beneficial for circulation. This is a wonderful way to release the old and to begin anew.
Rejuvenation Facial to shed old worn skin and to refresh and enliven the new. Imagine yourself drifting into alpha waves as you are treated with luscious oils and rejuvenating serums. This renewal facial focuses on letting go of the stress that often manifests itself via the skin. A healthy glow of the epidermis results as old skin is sloughed off and new positive energies are called in to re-program stale, unhealthy patterns. Quality peels and hydration products are incorporated. Holistic Pedicure to freshen your day with a holistic approach to foot care. You will be smothered with attention and care. Your feet have never had it so nice! Much more than just a pedicure, this holistic session incorporates hydrating massage, reflexology, intuitive information, healing crystals/touch, chakra scented towels. Exfoliation, nail cleansing and shaping, polishing and buffing complete this unique one-of-a-kind experience.

Relax
into yourself and let go of life’s frustrations... experience the
joy of total rejuvenation with one of our Sedona Spa Retreat
packages! As you read the sample itinerary below please keep in
mind that all of our retreat packages are customized to fit your
individual needs. Our intent is to construct a synergistic
itinerary so that each session builds upon those that came before.
Your spa retreat in beautiful Sedona will consist of approximately 3-6
hours per day of private one-on-one sessions designed just for you.
Day
4: Hydration Wrap to replenish and restore
your skin. This session begins with a dry brush technique which
stimulates the lymphatic system, detoxing the entire body. The dry brush
also sloughs off dead skin and stimulates the circulatory system.
Following this "cleansing" process, the body is re-hydrated
with luxurious body oils and shea butter. Following this delicious
application, warm towels are placed on the body and the client is
wrapped in a warm, nurturing "cocoon." The body and spirit are
cleansed and renewed.
