Royalty Free Photos of Sedona

All images and content on this site are the property of SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats, and protected by U.S. and International law. You are not permitted to download (other than page caching) or modify the site or its contents, or any portion thereof, without our prior written consent.

Many of the photos shown on our site are available for royalty free use, subject to the terms and conditions described below. If you wish to use one or more of our photos on your web site, you must contact us for permission BEFORE posting any photo to the web.

You are not permitted to "hot link" to images directly from our server or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats without our prior written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats name or trademarks without prior written consent.

In order to use any photo marked as "royalty free" you must first link back to this site with a qualifying link. A qualifying link is defined as:

On a site that is in good standing with the major search engines.
On a page no more than one level deep from the homepage.
On a page that is not excluded by the robots.txt file.
Uses our preferred link text.

We will review your robots.txt file and the HTML code for the page where our link is placed. Also, the link will be checked periodically by a Linksmanager bot to insure it is still there.
