Mini Retreat Itinerary: $790 / 2 Days In Sedona!

Invest in yourself with a weekend spiritual-healing retreat! This mini retreat in beautiful Sedona consists of approximately 3-4 hours per day of private one-on-one sessions.

Day 1: Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time for hiking, shopping, or just soaking in the hot tub. Depending on your arrival time, you will be met by your SpiritQuest guide in the afternoon or evening for an orientation briefing.

Day 2: Guided Meditation & Breathing for enrichment mentally, physically and spiritually. During this session you will be guided through a tranquil journey using sound and crystal bowls, allowing you to move to a deep place of stillness and rhythm within yourself. You will come out glowing.
