itinerary below is designed specifically for
2-3 women who really want to connect with the Earth Mother and do almost
all of their sessions together.

You can customize this itinerary by
interchanging or adding sessions from our other girl getaways. The
only requirement is that you must do almost all of your sessions together
and prices are subject to change.

Day Girls Getaway
Day 1:
 Arrive
in Sedona - Check into your accommodations, relax and
unwind. This is a good time to reflect on your goals for the
retreat. It is important that you get a good night's sleep so that
you are ready to begin in the morning!
Day 2:
Releasing Ceremony - Your
SpiritQuest guide will take you out for a private welcoming
ceremony. During this ceremony you will connect with the land, set
your intention for the retreat, and identify blockages that need to be
released.
Sedona Experience Massage - This bodywork treatment begins
with a gemstone (Chakra) polarity balancing blending into a personalized
combination of Swedish, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue with hot rocks and
cool marble stone highlights.
Shamanic Astrology and Night Sky Wisdom-Cycles of Time -
Working with the principal of "As above, so Below" this session
provides an enlightening look into the intent of your soul's purpose,
career, relationship and initiation cycles. Sedona is the perfect place to
experience the stars as our ancestors saw them.
Day 3:
Tantra for Women - The
practitioner will share special breathing techniques, sacred imagery, body
movement, and awareness exercises that stimulate Kundalini energy to
move. She will also provide a role model of empowered feminine
sexuality in an atmosphere of safety and respect for boundaries.
Private Yoga Instruction - Choose from various forms of
yoga, such as Hatha,
Iyengar,
Kundalini,
or Vinyasa!
A certified yoga instructor will provide one-on-one instruction in yoga
techniques that you can take home and incorporate into your daily routine
for better physical, spiritual and emotional health.
 Day
4:
HeartFlame Activation - This Shamanic ceremony
creates a pathway of unconditional love and light toward one's self and
all existence. Using vibrational medicine, which includes, sound, voice,
crystals, oils, and herbs…you will feel the essence of your soul and
come into the remembrance of your divinity.
Medicine Wheel Ceremony - A Medicine Wheel is a physical
manifestation of Spiritual energy, an outward expression of an internal
dialogue. It is a mirror in which we can SEE what is going on
within. This session is with a Native American practitioner.
Day 5:
Spiritual Awakening - Deepen
your connection to God/Source/Spirit. Working at the metaphysical
level, you'll explore the important questions of your life.
Mind, Body & Spirit Integration - During this session
you will review and reflect on your retreat experience with your
SpiritQuest guide, then discover how to use your own inner power to create
a more joyous, abundant and healthy life... the life YOU truly
desire.
