1:
Arrive in Sedona - Check into
your accommodations, relax and unwind. This is a good time to
reflect on your goals for the retreat. It is important that you get
a good night's sleep so that you are ready to begin in the morning!
Day 2:
Welcome Ceremony - Your
SpiritQuest guide will take you out for a special welcoming
ceremony. During this private ceremony you will connect with the
land, set your intention for the retreat, and identify blockages that need
to be released.
Accessing your Inner Goddess through Archetypes of the Divine
Feminine
- Delve into your Inner Goddess and explore how the divine feminine
shows up in your life chart. You will learn how to understand the sacred
feminine aspects of yourself and how to empower your life by balancing and
knowing the ways of the Goddess. You will realize who she is and how she
can work for you as a guide, mentor, and role model, allowing you to tap
into your intuition, heart, strength, compassion, and empowerment.
Sedona Experience Massage - This bodywork treatment begins with a
gemstone (Chakra) polarity balancing blending into a personalized
combination of Swedish, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue with hot rocks and
cool marble stone highlights.
Day 3:
Private Sedona Vortex Experience
- Get outside in the beauty of Sedona and feel your connection to the
Earth. Concentrated vortex energy is everywhere in Sedona and helps
us amplify whatever is needed for our spiritual growth. Our guide
will take you to private places and use special tools like meditation,
chanting, crystal bowl sound healing, and yogic breathing to gently open
you to the subtle Earth energy that makes this such an amazing place.
Finding your Voice through Sacred Sound -
Tap into the song of your inner soul! It is there inside you,
longing to be expressed. Using your own voice as a guide you will
activate your Chakras and release stuck or blocked energy in your physical
and emotional body. Your voice is your most powerful expression of
truth. This powerful session gives you a tool to take home with you, so
you may incorporate this as a ceremonial practice in your daily life.
Day 4:
Guided Meditation - Over the
last 30 years modern science has finally begun to recognize and catalog
the enormous health benefits of daily meditation. Because the mind
and body are intimately connected, when the mind settles down, so does the
body.
Mind, Body & Spirit Integration - During this session
you will review and reflect on your retreat experience with your
SpiritQuest guide, then discover how to use your own inner power to create
