This is our most transformative
couples retreat! Please keep in mind that the itinerary
described
below was designed for a couple wanting to work on communication and
healing old wounds that are
blocking their intimacy. A romantic getaway would involve a very
different itinerary from the one
shown below. Our promise is to construct a personalized itinerary
based on your unique goals.
Day 1:
Arrive in Sedona - Check into
your accommodations, relax and unwind. This is a good time to
reflect on your goals for the retreat. It is important that you get
a good night's sleep so that you are ready to begin in the morning!
Day 2:
Releasing Ceremony - Your
SpiritQuest guide will take you out for a special ceremony to identify
blockages you need to release so your relationship can move to a higher
level.
Couples Massage - This session is to prepare you for the
journey ahead by releasing physical tension. You'll also learn how
to connect with each other using massage techniques.
Healing Inner Wounds - Done separately, this session gives
each partner the chance to open their heart and face the issues in a safe
and nurturing environment.
Day 3:
Vibrational Sound Therapy -
This session will help each partner move stuck energy through the Chakras.
Relationship Dynamics - Now you will come together and
being to move toward resolution. You will learn to listen to each
other from a new perspective, facilitating a new relationship dynamic.
Private Sedona Vortex Experience - Get outside in the beauty
of Sedona and feel your connection to the Earth. Concentrated vortex
energy is everywhere in Sedona and helps us amplify whatever is needed for
our spiritual growth. Our guide will take you to a private location
and use special tools like meditation, chanting, and crystal bowls to
gently open you to the subtle Earth energy that makes this such a wondrous
place.
Day 4:
Hatha Yoga - Considered to be
a preparatory stage of physical purification that renders the body fit for
the practice of higher meditation, the postures of Hatha Yoga work with
the energy channels of the subtle body that must be fully operational to
attain a state of enlightenment.
Marriage of Spirit - Learn to transcend the loops of consciousness
that have kept you bound in negative patterns, and rest above the roller
coaster of emotions in the place of the "Neutral Witness".
From the place of the Neutral Witness you can truly be in this world and
not of it.

Signature Treatment - This very special treatment is by far one of

Day 5:
Cognitive Inventory - We all

Tools for Relationship Enhancement - Now it's time to learn new
skills that you can incorporate to improve communication and intimacy.
This session provides you with the right tools to take home, so that the

Day 6:
Couples Tantra - It's time to
rekindle your passion and deepen your spiritual connection in an
atmosphere of mutual respect, compassion and safety. Tantra is a
blissful reaffirmation of identity on the plane of pure consciousness.
Renew Your Vows - This beautiful session in the red
rocks allows you and your special partner the chance to celebrate your
love by renewing your commitment to each other. Just look at how
much you have grown during this magical journey together. Now you
once again embrace the foundation of your union.
