much time to spend, the 5 day itinerary is a great way to
experience the romantic side of Sedona. As you read the sample
itinerary below please keep in mind
this package was designed for a couple wanting a romantic weekend getaway
/ intimacy retreat. A
marriage retreat to work on improving communication and healing wounds
would involve a very different
itinerary from the one shown below. Our promise is to construct a
personalized itinerary based on your
unique goals.
 Day
#1:
Arrive in Sedona - Check into
your accommodations, relax and unwind. This is a good time to
reflect on your goals for the retreat. It is important that you get
a good night's sleep so that you are ready to begin in the morning!
Day #2:
Welcome Ceremony - Your
SpiritQuest guide will take you out for a special welcoming ceremony to
identify blockages that you need to release so your relationship can move
to a higher level.
Couples Massage - Release physical tension and relax into
a space that is safe and nurturing. This important step will help each of
you heal and be more fully present during the rest of your retreat.
Couples Tantra - We now begin to rekindle your passion and
deepen your intimacy by establishing an atmosphere of mutual respect,
compassion and safety.
Day #3:
Private Sedona Vortex Experience
- Get outside in the beauty of Sedona and feel your connection to the
Earth. Concentrated vortex energy is everywhere in Sedona and helps
us amplify whatever is needed for our spiritual growth.
Cognitive Inventory - We all have unique gifts that deserve
to be honored. During this session the practitioner will identify
your personality type and that of your partner.
Day #4:
Tools for Relationship Enhancement
- Now it's time to learn new skills that you can incorporate to improve
communication and intimacy.
Drum Ceremony - Awaken your ancestral memories with drumming
and ceremony. This session takes place out in the Red Rocks of Sedona.
Listen to the powerful vibration of the drum as it replicates the
heartbeat of Mother Earth, and carries your prayer into the Spirit world.
Mind, Body & Spirit Integration - During this session
you will review and reflect on your retreat experience with your
SpiritQuest guide, then discover how to use your own inner power to create
a more joyous, abundant and healthy life... the life YOU truly
