How do I decide which retreat
package is right for me?
That's where our retreat specialists come in. With so many
different modalities to choose from, it's important to speak with
someone who knows the practitioners, knows what they offer, and has
personally experienced the sessions. We'll ask a lot of questions
to determine the exact sessions and practitioners that are right for
you.

Will I be in a group workshop
setting?
Almost all of our retreats are centered around private,
one-on-one sessions, focused exclusively on your needs, and arranged so
that each session builds on those that have come before. This
approach insures that you get optimal results for the time invested.

How long should I plan to stay?
Plan to stay a minimum of 3 days, excluding travel time.
Guests spending at least 4 days report the most significant results.
If you would like a more profound transformative experience, we can
arrange retreats up to 7 days in length. It really depends on your
goals!

When is the best time to visit
Sedona?
Any time! In fact, the weather is one of the best things
about being here. With a mild 4-season climate and over 300 days
of sunshine per year, each season in Sedona has something special to
offer.

How much does it cost?
There is no set price. Each SpiritQuest is a personalized
package designed exclusively for the client. We will quote a price
once we've put together a proposed itinerary based on your individual
goals. Retreat experiences of 3-5 days will usually range between
$1350 and $2400 depending on the length and exact sessions you choose to
include. Meals, accommodations and travel expenses are not
included.

Where are you located?

and 40 minutes south of Flagstaff. The sessions you will attend
take place in various locations around town.

How do I get there?
Most visitors fly into the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, rent a
car, and drive 120 miles north to Sedona on Interstate 17. Phoenix
is served by over 20 airlines and all the major car rental agencies.
Special deals are often available if you book far enough in advance.
Major carriers flying into Phoenix include: Southwest,
American,

and British
Airways.

Do I need a car?
A car is definitely the best way to get around in Sedona.
This is a very small town, so it's easy to navigate and you can drive
from one end to the other in approximately 10 minutes.
However, there is another option available if driving
is out of the question. You can catch a shuttle from the Phoenix
airport to Sedona, and utilize the local taxi service to get around
while you're here.

What should I bring?
Some items will depend on the season, of course. Your
SpiritQuest Guide can give you an idea of average temperatures when you
schedule for a particular month. Here are some items that are
always useful:
- Comfortable light weight hiking shoes
- Journal to write in
- Sunglasses
- Wide-brimmed hat
- Nalgene water bottle (available at most outdoor stores)
- Bathing suit
- An open heart and a willingness to make lasting changes

Can I bring my partner?
Yes! We'll be happy to design a special couples retreat
for the two of you.
Can I bring a friend?
While it's usually best to come alone and focus exclusively on
you -- away from all distractions -- if your friend is in the same
mindset and also taking a retreat, many guests have told us that the
resulting synergy gave them a more profound experience.
Can I bring a pet?
Absolutely! We'll be happy to assist you in finding
"pet friendly" accommodations. We can even arrange some
"pet retreat" experiences for your special traveling companion
to make sure they have fun, too.
Will I have time on my own?
You will be involved in retreat sessions approximately 3-6 hours
per day, leaving you plenty of time to journal, shop, hike or just
lounge by the pool.

How far in advance do I need
to make reservations?
Getting a room in Sedona can be very difficult during the peak
months of Spring (April-May) and Fall (September-October). You'll
need to book at least 8-10 weeks in advance if you want to come during
those seasons.
To insure the best choice of sessions with the best
practitioners, making reservations at least 2-3 weeks in advance
is usually sufficient during the rest of the year.
But... if you really need to come next week go ahead
and give us a call. Sometimes we can work miracles with just a few
days notice.
What if I need to cancel my
reservation?
We require a 50% deposit when your reservation is booked.
The deposit is your guarantee that the sessions we've discussed together
will be organized and reserved. The remaining balance is due upon
your arrival in Sedona.
In the event you are unable to come to Sedona for your
scheduled retreat dates your deposit is fully refundable minus a $150
cancellation fee, provided you cancel at least 18 days in advance.
If you cancel with less than 18 days notice there is no
refund of the deposit, but we can issue you a credit for the amount
already paid toward a future SpiritQuest retreat. To redeem this
credit you must reschedule a retreat package within one year, and there
will be an extra $150 rescheduling fee added at that time.
In the event that you are unable to finish a retreat
for any reason, or if you should miss a session during your retreat,
there will be no refund.
