Sample Itinerary: 5-Day Family Retreat In Sedona
With 3 Full Days of Private Sessions!

Resolve your conflicts and deepen your connection with our Family Retreat package! As you read the sample itinerary below please keep in mind that we can customize a retreat package lasting anywhere from 2 to 7 days depending on your specific goals. The list of sessions described below represents one possibility. Our intent is to construct a synergistic itinerary so that each session builds upon those that came before. Your family retreat will consist of approximately 4-6 hours per day of private one-on-one sessions designed just for you. While this is a highly intensive experience, you'll have time to explore the Sedona area and, during the summer months, we'll even give you directions to some wonderful swimming holes.

Day 1:

Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time for hiking, shopping, or just soaking in the hot tub.

Day 2:

You will be met by your personal retreat guide in the morning to receive your welcome packet and finalized retreat itinerary.

Releasing Ceremony - Your SpiritQuest guide will take you
out for a private welcoming ceremony. During this ceremony
you will connect with the land, set your intention for the retreat, and identify blockages that need to be released.

Cognitive Inventory - Discover your own personality type and that of other family members. We all have unique gifts that deserve to be celebrated. We also have different preferences, traits and values. Understanding your own personality type and those of the people around you is tremendously empowering. It accelerates your own personal growth, but also leads to a greater understanding of others and better conflict management both at home and at work.

Day 3:

Family Dynamics - This session will help you break through past conflicts and learn to listen without blame or judgment. Learn new communication skills and healthy strategies for managing conflict. This healing journey will facilitate a new dynamic between family members, based on love and mutual respect. You will learn to listen and to see each other from a new perspective. Connect with yourself in order to walk deeper into a place of honor and integrity with your family.

Sedona Vortex Experience - A vortex is the funnel shape created by the motions
of spiraling energy, the swirling centers of subtle energy coming out from the surface
of the earth. Concentrated vortex energy is everywhere in Sedona and helps us amplify whatever is needed for our spiritual growth. Our guides will take you to private locations and use special tools like guided meditation and crystal bowls to open your heart to its inner wisdom.

Night Sweat Lodge - Invite serenity into your life with a ceremonial sauna traditionally used by Native American peoples. The ritual includes prayers, drumming, chanting, and offerings to the spirit world. Great care is given to placement, orientation, and construction of the lodge. Allowing ourselves to sweat as a ceremonial process, we cleanse our spirits and learn to live in a state of gratitude. A great sense of community and connection is felt because the Native American sweat lodge is all about relationship. The SpiritQuest lodge is appropriate for beginners and is not a traditional lodge in that it has already been constructed, contains a wood stove for steam, and participants are allowed to bring in their own water to drink. The ceremony is a crystal bowl, drum and rattle ceremony which is "user friendly" for the participant.

Day 4:

Aura Photo Session - The Aura is an electromagnetic energy field formed by subtle color radiances which surround the body of a human being. Each color signifies a certain vibration, which has different meanings. We all have an aura that extend out of our body. This session allows biofeedback probes to pick up your energy field. The camera displays this information as a colorful field around your body. When doing interactive aura display every second the display is updated according to the information coming in from the measurement unit. This enables one to experience directly energetic phenomena and use this for therapeutic means or the adjustment of personal vibrations. A 23 page analysis is given to you to take home.

Day 5:

Depart Sedona

Your investment varies depending on the length of your retreat, the number
