Resolve your conflicts and deepen your connection with our Family Retreat package! As you read the sample itinerary below please keep in mind that we can customize a retreat package lasting anywhere from 2 to 7 days depending on your specific goals. The list of sessions described below represents one possibility. Our intent is to construct a synergistic itinerary so that each session builds upon those that came before. Your family retreat will consist of approximately 4-6 hours per day of private one-on-one sessions designed just for you. While this is a highly intensive experience, you'll have time to explore the Sedona area and, during the summer months, we'll even give you directions to some wonderful swimming holes.

Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time for hiking, shopping, or just soaking in the hot tub.

You will be met by your personal retreat guide in the morning to receive your welcome packet and finalized retreat itinerary.

Releasing Ceremony - Your SpiritQuest guide will take you out for a private welcoming ceremony. During this ceremony you will connect with the land, set your intention for the retreat, and identify blockages that need to be released.

Cognitive Inventory - Discover your own personality type and that of other family members. We all have unique gifts that deserve to be celebrated. We also have different preferences, traits and values. Understanding your own personality type and those of the people around you is tremendously empowering. It accelerates your own personal growth, but also leads to a greater understanding of others and better conflict management both at home and at work.

Family Dynamics - This session will help you break through past conflicts and learn to listen without blame or judgment. Learn new communication skills and healthy strategies for managing conflict. This healing journey will facilitate a new dynamic between family members, based on love and mutual respect. You will learn to listen and to see each other from a new perspective. Connect with yourself in order to walk deeper into a place of honor and integrity with your family.

Sedona Vortex Experience - A vortex is the funnel shape created by the motions of spiraling energy, the swirling centers of subtle energy coming out from the surface of the earth. Concentrated vortex energy is everywhere in Sedona and helps us amplify whatever is needed for our spiritual growth. Our guides will take you to private locations and use special tools like guided meditation and crystal bowls to open your heart to its inner wisdom.

Medicine Wheel Ceremony - Medicine Wheels have been a part of many ancient cultures dating back thousands of years. They are built in sacred locations that contain the collective energy investment of the peoples who have used them in ceremony. This Native American ceremony guides us to explore the meaning of relationship - not only to each other, but to all living things and to the Divine. The Wheel symbolizes the "Sacred Circle of Life" and reminds us that everything is interconnected. This session is with a Native American practitioner.
