It's important to understand that if your spouse or partner has suggested a couples retreat, it does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with your relationship!  What it means is that they really love you... and are willing to do the work necessary to enhance the commitment between you.
 

Our Sedona Couples Retreat is not a workshop.  We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.  Our retreat packages involve 3 to 7 days of personalized one-on-one sessions designed to meet your specific goals.  Whether you're seeking a path to positive change and better communication, or you just want a romantic getaway to meditate together, practice yoga and enjoy some relaxing spa treatments, we can design a couples retreat package that's just perfect for the two of you.
 

 
Our practitioners and counselors are experts at providing you with the right tools to deepen your connection and enrich your lives together.  We believe that everyone can build a satisfying relationship, regardless of their current circumstances or past issues, once they have acquired the right skills.  Unfortunately, most of us do not acquire the essential tools for building a successful relationship as we are growing up... we have to learn those skills as adults.

 
A trip to the powerful healing center of Sedona will open your heart chakra to help you heal and forgive. The male and female vortex energies can bring you closer to your center and teach you how to turn inward instead of trying to change someone else. Our couples retreat will treat you to massage and hikes on the land if you wish, as well as life coaching to gain clarity and peace.

Sample Couples Retreat Itinerary: 5 Days In Sedona

Create your new partnership... with our Sedona Couples Retreat package!  As you read the sample itinerary below please keep in mind that all of our retreat packages are customized to fit your individual needs.  The exact list of sessions described below is not necessarily what we would suggest for you, but represents one possibility.  Our intent is to construct a synergistic itinerary so that each session builds upon those that came before.  Your couples retreat in beautiful Sedona, AZ will consist of approximately 3-6 hours per day of private one-on-one sessions designed just for you.  This is a highly intensive and personalized experience.

Day 1:  Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time for hiking, shopping, or just soaking in the hot tub. Depending on your arrival time, you will be met by your SpiritQuest guide in the afternoon or evening for an orientation briefing.

Day 2:  Releasing Ceremony - Your SpiritQuest guide will take you out on the land to one of Sedona's energy vortexes for a special welcoming ceremony.  During this ceremony you will connect with the land, set your intention for the retreat, and identify blockages that need to be released.

Couple’s Massage - It's time to relax and unwind. Let our therapists prepare you for an inward journey by releasing physical tension.  You'll also learn how to connect with each other using massage techniques.  There is nothing so healing as the loving touch of your partner!

Day 3:  Relationship Dynamics - This session will help you break through some issues and learn to listen to your partner from a new perspective.  It will also facilitate enhancement of a new relationship dynamic between couples. Connect with yourself in order to walk deeper into a place of honor and integrity with your partner.

Sedona Vortex Tour - Get out on the red rocks of Sedona and feel your connection to the earth. Get centered into your being.  A vortex is the funnel shape created by the motions of spiraling energy, the swirling centers of subtle energy coming out from the surface of the earth. In Sedona the energy is powerful enough to be physically visible -- the juniper trees that surround a vortex have branches that are twisted as they grow. This concentrated energy helps us amplify whatever healing is needed for our spiritual growth. There are male, female, and balanced vortexes in Sedona. Each one has its own healing property.

Day 4:  HeartFlame Activation to engage your heart chakra and to awaken your ability to truly connect and empathize. Raise your consciousness and evolve your thought process.  This Shamanic ceremony creates a pathway of unconditional love and light toward one's self and all existence. Using vibrational medicine, which includes, sound, voice, crystals, oils, and herbs… you will feel the essence of your soul and come into the remembrance of your divinity.

Awakening the Feminine Fire - This introductory session in the healing art of Tantra is about igniting the inner fire, reclaiming your power and expressing your truth.  It is about the power of sharing your wisdom as a woman.  Explore the power of Shakti, the creative energy of the Universe.  As we heal our sexual wounds, we integrate the shadow and create inner harmony.  You will deepen your capacity for intimacy and learn to love your body as a vehicle of the sacred.

Awakening the Inner Witness: The Path to Love and Freedom - This session in self-inquiry supports your ability to stay present in every moment with compassion and to release judgment of the self and others.  We move beyond our identification with the ego and ask, "Who am I?"  In the process, we discover our true nature and expand our understanding of Existence.  As you release what no longer serves you, you access new energy, creativity and passion for life.

Conscious Affirmation Ceremony to reflect on your wonderful Sedona retreat and reinforce the growth that has occurred by creating positive affirmations to take home with you.

Day 5:  Depart Sedona
